What's the key to training?

 

CONSISTENCY

This is vital when it comes to all types of training whether your training for a hobby or competing. As it helps training turn into a habit, so when you don't train it feels weird. As they say the only bad training session is the one you don’t do! So keep pushing through we all have them bad days.

 

HAVING A COACH 

We all know having a coach can be expensive but its money well spent. Look at it this way, you're paying for a gym membership (which intern can be expensive on its own) and turning up but haven't got a clue where to start and just wasting time trying to work out which machine does what and how todo different exercises. I don't know about you but I think that's a wast of time, effort and money. When if you have a coach that can guide you from the very basics to the most advanced exercise you can train in confidents and safe.

Having a coach is more than just having someone there to guide you through different exercises and workout plans, they are everything about your journey to your dream physics. 

 

SETTING GOALS

Setting goals is important and underrated as it really can and will help to keep you on track with your training and diet, as it gives you focus and a action plan to execute. Without setting a goal to putting a plan together makes it difficult to stay focused and to push as your training as you end up just training endlessly not tracking what your doing to see your progress.  So set yourself goals get them smashed and set more after! Just keep going.

 

VISAUL GOALS

Having a visual of what you want to achieve/what you want to look like has so many benefits as it will help guide you on what journey your going to follow! For example either your looking to get huge or tone up, just visualise what you want to achieve and you will get it! You’ve got this!
